This project involved a full strip-out, replastering, new skirtings, and a complete repaint — delivered over two weeks with the owners in residence. The scope was agreed upfront; we kept to it.
What We Look for in a Finished Job
Before we call a job done, we check these things ourselves.
Edges and lines
Straight lines at every junction — ceiling meets wall, skirting meets floor. No masking tape wobble.
Surface prep
Cracks filled, surfaces sanded, and primer applied where needed. Quality paint on poor prep is money wasted.
Consistent coverage
No thin patches or variation in sheen. Two coats minimum on every painted surface.
Site left clean
We remove sheeting, tidy dust, and take rubbish away. You get the room back the way it should look.
Snag check
We walk through with you before we leave. Anything that needs touching up gets done before the bill is raised.
No surprises on cost
The price you were quoted is the price on the invoice — unless you changed the scope, in which case we agreed that change in writing first.
